At Syona Experience, we believe celebrations for children should feel magical, playful, and full of imagination. Especially around the festive season, it becomes even more important to create spaces where children can slow down, create with their hands, and simply enjoy the joy of togetherness.
Our Gingerbread House Decoration event was a delightful pre-Christmas celebration, filled with colour, creativity, music, and laughter.
A Festive Afternoon of Creativity and Play
As children arrived, the café transformed into a cheerful, holiday-inspired space. Tables were set with gingerbread houses, cupcakes, icing, and decorations, waiting to be brought to life by small, excited hands.
The children participated in:
Decorating gingerbread houses with frosting and festive toppings
Designing and decorating cupcakes in their own creative style
Sharing ideas, colours, and lots of happy conversations
Enjoying music, playful movement, and moments of free play
There were no rules, no right or wrong designs. Each creation reflected a child’s imagination, making every gingerbread house unique and full of character.
Snacks, Music, and a Playful Ambience
Between decorating and play, children enjoyed snacks and refreshments, adding to the warmth of the experience. Festive music played softly in the background, creating a joyful rhythm that kept the energy light and cheerful.
Parents watched as children moved freely between decorating, playing, and laughing, fully immersed in the moment. The space felt safe, lively, and full of holiday spirit.
Creating Festive Memories That Matter
What made the event truly special was the atmosphere. It wasn’t just about the activity, but about the feeling. Children felt excited, relaxed, and engaged. Friendships formed easily, creativity flowed naturally, and the joy of the season was felt in every corner of the café.
